Welcome to the world of Ettodran and to the land of the eastern Slyval Kingdom and the western Duzemec Empire. Once at war, the lands are currently experiencing a tense ceasefire following the unexpected assassination of the former mad Duzemecan Emperor. With mistrust and whispers abound, the countries have not yet given up hope for peace. For tonight is the eve of the Woad Festival of Slyval, where music, laughter, and magic shake the branches above and the recent war is but a distant thought in everyone’s minds. However, an unexpected shift in tonight’s festivities whisk you and your party off to a unknown realm, a mind-addled mage, and a mysterious tower that is the only way out.
