I started playing TTRPG's around 25 years ago with some weird homebrew thing then got "enlightened" to DnD 3.0 and progressed through 3.5, 4E, Pathfinder 1.0, and 5E. There's been some dabbling in GURPS, Masquerade and Starwars, but I like 5e the most. I believe Rules As Written (RAW) were playtested enough by experts that they should be used and only deviate a little so one homebrew character doesn't overshadow others. I do take liberties as the DM, but it's usually for player benefit. I'm not dictating a movie. We are collectively telling a story and hopefully making a memory.
DnD Feats:
I was part of a campaign that had lasted for over 13 years.
Around college age I ran a game for about 24 hours with a break for about 6 while we slept.
I won a pre-release copy of R.A. Salvatore's Timeless A Drizzt Novel by creating and submitting the backstory of a level 1 character.

Immersive Storytelling

Thomas does a great job building up the world. I feel like there is a world beyond my character’s experience, and NPCs don’t stop moving because I’m not looking at them. Always eager to see where we go next!

Have had the pleasure of gaining with this guy for a while and he never disappoints! Always brings some humor to the sessions and is willing to talk through any concern, or, in my case anyway, “cool-point” maneuvers, I may have! 5-star DM for sure?

As a relatively new D&D player Thomas did an outstanding job of helping me navigate new rules, new experiences and adventures while still maintaining the professional level of DM! He kept things interesting, challenging and allowed me to be myself. He got to know his characters and used that information to guide the journey beyond. I would definitely play another campaign with him!

Thomas is a very good DM, he is the 4th person in have played with/for as a player. I am currently playing in a homebrew campaign of his that is completely his design. He is very good at communicating with the players and building around the background of the characters we have created. He likes to have post game discussions about what happened that game too see how everyone felt about it and what improvements could he made on his end so that everyone is enjoying the game. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DM.
